Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing marketing campaigns, and closing sales deals with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have up to 1 year of experience in B2B marketing and sales, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and promote our products and services to potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients.
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including targets achieved and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Up to 1 year of experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience with lead generation and qualification.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
